PURPOSE:To facilitate attachment and detachment and change of a substrate part consisting of more than two pieces of substrate of the same structure set in parallel on the same plane by fitting the substrate part into a groove provided on the support. CONSTITUTION:A substrate part 6 consisting of plural pieces of substrate 1, 2 equipped with an orifice 3 and an energy generating part set in parallel on the same plane is attached and detached by fitting the substrate part 6 into a groove 8 and sliding said part along the groove. When one piece of substrate is faulty, it is possible to set the other piece of substrate on the support only by sliding the substrate part without preparing a replacement substrate part. |
