PURPOSE:To decrease the total circuit current without giving any effect onto the frequency response by laminating a constant current switching logical circuit of an ECL or equivalent and an IIL logical circuit and connecting both the logical circuits in series so as to flow the circuit current in common. CONSTITUTION:The logical circuits are laminated so that the Emitter Coupled Logic (ECL) circuit section 25 is formed at the 2nd layer and the Integrated Injection Logic (IIL) circuit section 35 is formed to the 1st layer so as to constitute the semiconductor integrated circuit device. The circuit sections 25, 35 are connected in series between a power supply terminal 11 and a GND terminal 12. Further, resistors 36, 37 are added as required to the circuit sections 25, 35. Then the current flowing to the circuit sections 25, 35 is designed to be nearly equal so as to reduce the total circuit current without giving any effect onto the frequency response characteristic. |
