<p>There are described novel acylmorphinan derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts as well as the use of these compounds as analgesic agents. These acylmorphinan derivatives can be characterized by the general formula < IMG > wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower cycloalkyl-lower alkyl, cyano-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or heteroaryl-lower alkyl, R2 is (C2-7)-alkanoyl, arylcarbonyl, trifluoromethylcarbonyl or the group RR'C(OH)-, R is (C1-6)-alkyl and R' is hydrogen or lower alkyl.</p> |
