<p>PURPOSE:To perform surely maintenance and inspection of equipment with a relatively inexpensive device to facilitate data processings of inspection results by using a hand-held terminal which is so formed that a maintainer can carry this terminal easily. CONSTITUTION:The maintainer holds a hand-held terminal and goes to the front of an object equipment device and inputs a command requesting display of a check list and the number of this equipment device from a keyboard 3. The first line of the check list related to this equipment device is displayed on a display device 2. Inspection results are inputted from the keyboard 3. Equipment devices are inspected successively, and data of inspection results is stored in the hand- held terminal 1, and thereafter, the hand-held terminal 1 is connected to a host computer 6 by a connection cable 5. Data of inspection results is subjected to desired data processing by the host computer 6.</p> |
