PURPOSE:To improve space resolution and density resolution by accumulating electrons radiated from a photoelectric part in an information storage part to store radiation information. CONSTITUTION:When radiant rays 2a projected from a subject or transmitted through the subject are made incident on a fluorescent part 1a, visual light is emitted from the fluorescent part 1a and electrons are radiated from the photoelectric part by the visual light. The electrons are accelerated by DC potential V1 applied between the information storage part 1d and the earth, reached to the information storage part 1d and stored as the radiation information of the subject. The information storage part 1d storing the radiation information is scanned by an information reading means 3 and the radiation information is outputted through an amplifier 4 and an A/D converter 5.
