PURPOSE:To enhance cooling effect and to reduce a noise by mounting a centrifugal fan and a mixed flow fan at both ends of a rotor, providing a lining plate for preventing both winds from colliding, and forming gaps at respective stator coils. CONSTITUTION:A mixed flow fan 7 and a centrifugal fan 7' are respectively mounted at the ends of pole cores 1, 1', and a lining plate 3 is provided between the fan 7' and the core 1'. The coil end 2-b' of a stator disposed at the outer peripheral side of the fan 7' forms a vent gap 2-c' between the ends of a stator core 2-a, and a stator coil end 2-b disposed at the outer peripheral side of the fan 7 forms a vent gap 2-c between coil units of the respective phases. Further, a cooling air discharging gap (window) 9-c is formed between an end frame 9 and a shroud 9-a. |
