PURPOSE:To accurately stop a movable unit at a stopping ground point without a hunting by intermittently reducing the amplitude of an exciting voltage in a desired amount at the desired timing. CONSTITUTION:3-phase alternating voltages are applied from an inverter 350 through a reactor 340, relay circuits 211, 221 to stators 210, 220 so that the phase rotations become reverse, thereby generating opposed thrusts. When a sensor striker 31 passes the front surface of a movable unit detecting sensor 30, an FF circuit 310 is started, and a timer 320 is started. After the prescribed time, a reactor 340 is driven through a controller 330, and an exciting voltage from an inverter 350 is reduced. Then, when a movable element 100 is inverted and the striker 31 again drives the FF circuit 310, the exciting voltage is returned to the original value. Such an operation is repeated, the amplitude of the vibration is gradually reduced to stop the movable element 100. |
