PURPOSE:To obtain a motor which attains effective heat sink effect by laminating stator core plates punched in a noncircular shape at the outer periphery by displacing one of the heat sink plates of the core at the position. CONSTITUTION:Stator core plates 15 are punched in a circular shape having heat sink plates 14 projected at part of the outer periphery. The plates 14 are utilized at one corner of core blank plates 13, and punched at the other three corners 16. In case of punching, a central hole 18 for inserting a rotor and a slot 19 for a winding are simultaneously punched at the plates 15. The plates 15 are so laminated that the plates 14 are displaced at a certaim angle at every one, and an air gap 21 is formed between the plates 14 at the outer periphery of a stator core 20. Thus, a motor which has high heat sink effect, a small size and a high power can be provided. |
