发明名称 AUTOMATIC PROFILING DEVICE OF WELD LINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute automatically and exactly profiling of a weld line by providing plural X axis and Y axis optical fiber sensors on the upper part of both corner parts of a groove, and connecting them to X axis and Y axis drivers through X axis and Y axis sequence circuits. CONSTITUTION:Both optical fiber sensors S are provided with a light emitting device and a photodetector, and an X axis optical fiber sensor is provided in the width direction of a groove 2, and divided into two of S1 ans S2 and installed at the outside of two groove lines 6, 6a, when a welding torch or a nozzle is on a weld line 3. Also, as for a Y axis optical fiber sensor, two are provided so that each installed height is different from each other, on the outside of the groove lines 6, 6a. Also, both drivers 9, 10 move the welding torch or the nozzle in the width direction of the groove 2 and the height direction of the groove 2, respectively. Moreover, both sequence circuits 7, 8 control an operation of the X axis and Y axis drivers 9, 10 based on a signal detected by the optical fiber sensor S.
