PURPOSE:To produce capsules in high efficiency, in mutually separated state, by using a coagulation tank and dripping nozzle having specific forms in the production of capsule by dripping a stock solution into flowing coagulation liquid. CONSTITUTION:A shallow part 14b is placed at the center of the coagulation tank 14, and deep parts 14a and 14c are arranged to both sides of the shallow part. The pipe 17 for supplying coagulation liquid is connected to the bottom face of one of the deep part 14a, and a discharge pipe 16 is connected to the bottom face of the other deep part to form the flow of the coagulation liquid in the coagulation tank 14. A baffle plate 19 is placed above the connection port of the supply pipe 17 in the deep part 14a to prevent the swell of the liquid surface and to assure a uniform flow of the coagulation liquid in the shallow part 14b. The dripping tank 13 of the stock solution is placed above the shallow part 14b. The bottom face of the dripping tank 13 is furnished with the guiding part 27 protruded downward, and a nozzle hole 26 is opened at the end of the guiding part 27. |
