PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for welding the other member after casting and to facilitate production by impregnating a high-hardness alloy on the surface of the parts where there is extreme friction in a casting stage. CONSTITUTION:Alloy particles MG having high hardness are preliminarily sprayed on the surface of the parts 4b, 4b of a casting mold 4 forming the parts where there is extremely friction with the other member and thereafter a material for a main body is cast into the mold 4. The particles MG are melted by the high heat of the material and are impregnated into the parts of the product having extreme friction. The need for the operation to reinforce said parts by welding after casting is thus eliminated and the man-hour is reduced. |
