<p>PURPOSE:To make thermal resistance value to be 6 deg.C or less under air cooling, by making the heat radiating area of heat radiating fins to be 3,000mm.<2> or more and a tongue ratio to be 5 or less. CONSTITUTION:Flat vertical fin parts 2 and 2 are provided uprightly at the approximately central part of the upper surface of a flat plate 1 with an interval being provided. The ratio between the height of the fins and the pitch of the fins, i.e., a tongue ratio, is made to be 5 or less. Flat side fin parts 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D are provided with an interval being provided in the lateral direction with respect to a wall part 3A, which is vertically provided at one end part of the flat plate 1. Flat side fin parts are also provided in the lateral direction at the other end part of the flat plate 1. In this structure, the heat radiating area is made to be 3,000mm.<2> or more, and the thermal resistance can be made to be 6 deg.C/ W or less.</p> |
