PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of a hygroscopic seasoning and a specific amount of soluble starch, having excellent moisture-proofness in powdery state, good workability and preservability, and suitable as a powdery sauce for pasta such as spaghetti, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by compounding (A) a hygroscopic seasoning (e.g. prepared by pulverizing an aqueous extract of fish, shellfish, animal meat, etc.) with (B) 60-250wt% soluble starch (preferably low- molecular starch having a 30 deg.C gelatinization viscosity of 50-100cps as 20wt% aqueous solution), and preferably further with (C) additives such as seasonings, spices, powdery oils or fats, edible pigments, etc. |
