PROCEDE D'AMELIORATION DE L'ETAT DE SURFACE D'UN CYLINDRE

摘要

The method consists in treating the surface of the said cylinder by means of a polarised beam of particles which is focused so as to form microperforations in the said surface. The cylinder and the beam are moved in relation to each other, which leads to a distortion of the microperforations, and the beam is polarised in a plane substantially perpendicular to the direction of the movement responsible for the distortion of the microperforations. The isotropy of the controlled roughness of the surface is thus improved.
