PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of the rubbing powder, if produced between a coil spring and boss, to outside by setting a coil spring which energizes a tape guide member toward a lower case at a position enclosed by a boss set to the inner wall of an upper case and a hole formed to the tape guide member. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 18 which energizes a tape guide member 13 toward a lower case 6 is set at a position enclosed by a boss 16 set to the inner wall of an upper case 4 which guides and supports the member 13 and a hole 15 through which a boss of the member 13 for insertion of the boss 16 is put. This eliminates a new space for the spring 18 and therefore functions can be added without increasing the height. Furthermore the rubbing powder, if produced between the spring 18 and the boss 16 due to the up-down movements or vibrations of the member 13, can be prevented from leaking outside. This ensures the stable video record/reproduction at all times.
