Floor construction comprised of a watertight layer and a floor layer, which lies, at least periodically under surface of the ground water. From the bottom up, the floor construction is comprised of a lower drainage layer (8), a watertight layer (7), a ballast layer (9), an upper drainage layer (10) and a floor covering (11). In the lower and the upper drainage layers (8, 10) a system of drainage pipes are set up. The lower drainage pipes (12) are connected to a glass gauge (13). When the ground water level exceeds the overflow level (15) in the glass gauge (13) the ground water is led away by the upper draining pipes (14) to a sump, where the water is pumped off.<IMAGE> |
