PURPOSE:To obtain the titled phosphate efficiently by a simple method, by reacting nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate with malic acid in the presence of malic acid dehydrase. CONSTITUTION:(A) Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate is reacted with (B) malic acid in water or a buffer solution containing malic acid dehydrase to give the aimed substance. The reaction is preferably carried out while removing formed gaseous carbon dioxide to the outside of the system under reduced pressured.
