PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, clamping force, etc. by molding a fiber reinforced plastic screw-shaped molding by a thermoplastic resin containing glass short fibers, which are orientated in the long axis direction and an end surface thereof is exposed to the side surface of a thread. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin containing glass short fibers orientated in the long axis direction is molded by an extrusion molding machine, etc., thus manufacturing a columnar blank material. When the columnar blank material is machined by a rolling machine, glass fibers are broken by the thread of a rolling dice, and the end surfaces of glass fibers are exposed from the surface of the formed thread. Since glass fibers densely aggregate on the bottom section of the thread and connect the threads mutually forming phase, the strength of the thread is increased extremely, the coefficient of friction of the titled screw- shaped molding is also augmented properly and the molding is difficult to slide, and the screw-shaped molding abounding in clamping force is obtained. |
