PURPOSE:To permit heat transfer to objects such as soap and etc. at a fixed surface temperature by providing a ceramic far infrared heater around a heating roller and by providing an auxiliary heater on the side where the object which was transferred is to be carried out. CONSTITUTION:A soap S on which a coating film is formed is preheated by a ceramic far infrared heater 71 and is transported to a transfer film 73F of which the position of a picture pattern has been decided by a sensor 75 and is pressed against a heating roller 97 by a lift 80 and the picture pattern of the transfer film 73 which has been heated by the preheater 76 is transferred by the heat of the heating roller 97, and is carried out by a conveyor 12 with rotations of the roller from a supporter 81. The loss of the heat from the heating roller 97 is supplemented by an auxiliary heater 92 on an outlet side and the roller is heated by the ceramic far infrared heater 91. Also, vibrations are given to the supporter 81 by a vibrator 79 and a fusion and adhesion between the film 73 and the coating layer is prevented and the peeling off of the film 73 is facilitated by a tension roller 82 and a vibrator 86. |
