PURPOSE:To improve the general use and the machining accuracy by providing a control circuit for functioning the movable section of a cylinder mechanism on the basis of the stroke of piston rod, the setting signal of moving speed and the pulse signal from a linear scale. CONSTITUTION:A reciprocal pattern is set in a counter 82 through a switch 70 and stored in a memory, and a hone head 10 will reciprocate while rotating to grind a work. Here, the up/down motion of a piston rod 12A is measured through a linear scale 50 to produce the pulse signals A, B which are fed to a detector 52 thus to decide the moving direction and to produce a pulse for every motion. Upon reaching of the output pulse from the detector 52 to a preset level, a microprocessor 80 will provide the speed command of rod 12A to D/A converter 84 while the output from the detector 52 is provided from a differential amplifier 88 to a servo amplifier 100 and a servo valve 110 to feed oil from a pump P through the valve 110 to a cylinder 12B thus to move the rod 12A up and down. |
