PURPOSE:To eliminate the stripping at the laminated part by sandwiching a magnetic core between two glass substrates, forming sputtered films on one glass substrate, laminating the other substrate by welding with glass, and providing a metallic layer in the coil hole between two core half bodies. CONSTITUTION:The films 2A and 2B of an amorphous alloy are formed on a substrate 1 by sputtering. Then after oxide layers 3A, 3B, 4A, and 4B of SiO2, etc. are formed on the amorphous alloy thin films, auxiliary plates 6A and 6B are bonded are sandwiched through low melting point glass layers 5A and 5B to form a core block body 8. A pair of core half bodies 8A and 8B are cut out from the core block body, and a metallic layer of chromium and copper having good wettability with glass is provided in a coil groove 9 furnished to the core half body. The gap-opposing surface 12 of the core half bodies is ground to indicate the devide between the gap-opposing surface 12 and the metallic layer 11 in the coil groove 9, and then the half bodies are united to a body through a gap material. |
