<p>PURPOSE:To attain the check with the same condition at the user's side by inputting a control signal deciding whether a storage device is selected to the actual using mode or the check mode from an input terminal of a chip enable circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output signal obtained by inverting the level of an input signal fed to an input terminal of the chip enable circuit 13 at an inverter IV15, and an output signal obtained by inverting the level of the former output signal further at an inverter IV16 are applied respectively to word drivers A21, A22. Moreover, address input terminals X1, Y1, inverters IV11-IV14 constituting an input buffer and an output buffer N1 are used in common for the check and the actual use.</p> |
