PURPOSE:To make stable continuous feed for T nuts attainable, by promoting the alignment of the set T nuts with the presence of a side member having ample clearance capable of receiving a washer part of the T nut 1, in case of a parts feeder which is suitable for feeding each of these plural T nuts consisting of a tubular part and the washer part. CONSTITUTION:Among lots of T nuts housed inside a bowl in case of a vibrating parts feeder, those coming into a state of being regularly erected upright as turning its washer part 3 down are allowed to pass through a gate part in the front stage, then arriving at a first aligning range, each sense of them is corrected to an almost constant direction. Next, these T nuts 1 arrive at a second aligning range 16 in regular sequence, and when the set T nut 1 are moved forward in a state that each of their washer parts 3 is put in a clearance formed between a side member 26 and a floor surface 17, they pass through a transfer passage 25 whose width size is prescribed by the side member 26 and a side edge 27. On the other hand, those T nuts 1 to be transferred in the state other than that come off the side edge 27 and being dropped down, and after all, these T nuts 1 come to be aligned accurately at the aligning range 16 in consequence. |
