摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a stationary bed from deforming due to a shift of a loading point due to movement of a carrier base, to aim at enhancing the manufacturing accuracy, by arranging three rolls on the stationary bed in a zig-zagging pattern, and as well by arranging, on a movable saddle, three guide rails corresponding to the rolls. CONSTITUTION:Three saddle guide rails 3 for guiding the movement of a saddle 4 which is a carrier base, are secured to the lower section of the saddle 4 in a zig-zagging pattern, and as well three rolls 9 for allowing the saddle 4 to be movable are secured in a bed 1 beneath the three rails 3, respectively. Accordingly, the load of the saddle 4 is supported at three points by the rolls so that the burden is made uniform on the bed 1, and therefore, deformation of the bed 1 by means of the three rolls 9 may be made uniform. Further, since the rolls 9 are secured to the bed 1, the centralized load against the bed 1 is never varied by the movement of the saddle 4 so that the deformation of the bed may be always maintained constant. Therefore, a bed deformation due to the shift of the loading point caused by the movement of the saddle 4, etc. may be neglected for the relative displacement between a machining head 8 and a workpiece 7, thereby the accuracy of machining may be maintained.
