PURPOSE:To attain ease of attachment and detachment between an operating lever and a button by providing a step difference to an operating section of the button and an operating lever inserting section and providing an open hole section opened forward toward the inserting section and a claw part. CONSTITUTION:In attaching the operating lever 5 and the button 6, the operating lever 5 is pressed into contact onto a slope 12 while it is being inserted to a hole 10 and the claw part 13 is pressed upward by the elasticity of the inserting section 9. When the insertion is continued further, the tip 15 of the operating lever 5 is pressed into contact to a lock part 14 as soon as the claw 13 enters a square hole 7 and then the attachment between the operating lever 5 and the button 6 is finished. In order to detach the button 6 from the operating lever 5, a proper rod 16 is inserted to an open hole part 11 and the claw 13 is detached from the square hole 7 by breaking the open hole part 11 open.
