PURPOSE:To make it possible to positively carry out engagement of a geared plate placed in an energized state by a minute force by reducing a return repulsive force with a stree of a swinging mechanism portion and absorbing the return repulsive force by a lever mechanism. CONSTITUTION:At ordinary time, a motor 32 stops its operation to make a worm 31 standstill, and a gear 27 is standstill via a gear 29, whereby the gear 27 is pressed by the rotating force of the geared plate 26. The swinging mechanism 33 reduces the rotational force of the geared plate 26 around a shaft 34 because the gear 27 is pressed, and transmits the rotational force thereof to the lever mechanism 38 via a shaft 43, absorbing the pressing force by a shaft 41 and holding the geared plate 26 in an energized state. By pulling a wire 47, in either case of a manual operation or the case of a heat sensitive operation of a temperature fuse, the swinging mechanism 33 is pulled by a shaft 43 due to the bending of the lever mechanism 38. The swinging mechanism 33 revolves to the left around the shaft 34 to release the engagement of the geared plate 26 with the gear 27.
