Device for stopping a bottle and dispensing its contents in precise doses. The invention relates to a device allowing a bottle to be stopped and its contents to be distributed without risk of error in metering. It is constituted by a stopper cap A having an entry orifice B, a movable ring G containing a reservoir H, an upper cap E having an exit orifice F. When the user inverts the bottle, the liquid flows into the reservoir H via the orifice B, the movable ring is manipulated (rotation) so as to bring the reservoir H opposite the flow orifice F, the metered liquid then flowing under gravity. <IMAGE>
