PURPOSE:To obtain a supersonic motor which has high durability, a small size and high efficiency by forming the drive surface of a stator of a material which has wear resistance and toughness, forming the driven surface of a rotor of a material which is softer than the previous material with high wear resistance, and contacting them. CONSTITUTION:A material 3 which has wear resistance and toughness such as iron or steel is mounted on an exciter 2 which has a vibrating component in the peripheral direction to form a stator 1, and mounted through a stator support 5 on a stator stationary base 6. A rotor 4 which is formed of a metal material having wear resistance as compared with the material 3 and low hardness is disposed oppositely to the drive surface 3a of the stator 1, and the driven surface 4a is contacted with the drive surface 3a of the stator. The material 3 can employ additionally quenched steel, tool steel, Duralumin, titanium alloy, etc., and the material of the rotor 4 can employ copper, copper alloy, aluminum, zinc, etc. |
