摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a stable positioning operation at a high speed by sequentially continuously applying an accelerating voltage, a decelerating voltage and a holding voltage at the optimum time in response to an input positioning data to a piezoelectric bimorph. CONSTITUTION:An accelerating voltage V1 is first applied to a piezoelectric bimorph type actuator 1 in response to input positioning data P for the prescribed time T1, a decelerating voltage V2 is then applied for the prescribed time T2, and a holding voltage V3 is eventually applied. A device for controlling such has a logic circuit 7 which inputs the data P and a reset signal R, a memory 8, reads out a control mode corresponding to the data P from the memory 8 and sets the optimum conduction times (T1, T2) of switches S1-S3 connected with an accelerating constant-voltage power source V1, a decelerating constant-voltage power source V2 and a holding voltage source V3.
