PURPOSE:To eliminate discrimination between a master unit and a slave unit by a method wherein a delay regulating switch, detecting the predetermined position of rotary oscillating motion or reciprocating oscillating motion of a fan to stop the oscillating motion temporarily, and a timer, reopening the motion, are provided in the circuit of the fan. CONSTITUTION:In case of operating the fans B1, B2, which are divided into different series, sequentially, oscillation regulating times, in which a time necessary to reciprocate the fan one cycle is added with a margin time, are set in delay timers T1, T2 so that all of the fans start the oscillating motions thereof at the same time. During the oscillating motions of the fans, the fans stop their oscillation on reference points by the delay regulating switch and wait as they are, however, when the oscillating motions are reopened after a predetermined time has elapsed, the oscillating motions are started again so as to coincide their oscillating directions. According to this method, it is necessary to obtain a signal from a master unit and it becomes unnecessary to distinguish the constitution of the master unit from the same of a slave unit.
