CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil flow-out device 45 of a speed change device T includes the first and second side walls 46, 47 fixed to a carrier 18 in such a manner as to be brought into contact with both end surfaces of a planetry gear 16 and a sun gear 19 to cover the gears. The first and second side walls are formed by a ring-shaped thin metal plate piece, and the first side wall on the opposite side to the carrier 18 with respect to both gears 16, 19 is integral with a lubricating oil guide wall 48 disposed on the engagement side of the planetry gear and the sun gear and erected along at least a part of the outer periphery of the planetry gear, which is formed by pressing. |
