PURPOSE:To offer an ultrasonic delay line of a high quality, which has suppressed a through signal, and scarcely causes a malfunction by cutting off an electric connection of a foundation electrode between input and output converting parts, providing opposingly a case connector earth wire of the input and output converting part, on both sides of the foundation electrode split point, and using a shielding wire for connecting the connector and the input/output converting part. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire is fetched from a foundation electrode 9 opposed to both sides of a split point of the foundation electrode 9 of the center, and piezoelectric plates 7, 8 divided into two, the upper electrode being near the split point of the foundation electrode 9 of the center and the foundation electrode 9 being far from the split point of the foundation electrode concerned 9 are connected by the lead wire, respectively, and also the lead wire is drawn out of the upper electrode being far from the split point of the foundation electrode concerned 9. The lead wire 10 provided opposingly on both sides of the split point of the foundation electrode 9 is connected to a case earth part of a connector 12 through a shielding wire 11. In this way, the potential between the foundation electrodes 9 of the input/output part becomes constant, therefore, a through signal is scarcely caused. |
