PURPOSE:To form a rotating body supporting plane perpendicular to the rotating shaft of a rotation driving device easily with high precision by fixing a support which supports the rotating body on the rotating shaft and forming the rotating body support plane on this support. CONSTITUTION:The support 10 is fixed on the rotating shaft 1a of the rotation driving device 1 by using, for example, an adhesive. A through hole formed in the rotation part 1a pierces its projection part 10b and flange part 10a in the center. The rotation driving device 1 to which the support 10 is fixed is fitted to the chuck 13 of a lathe so that the rotating shaft 1a is parallel to the main shaft. While the rotating shaft is rotated, a stage 16 to which a cutting tool 15 is fitted is moved and both surfaces of the support 10 are ground at right angles to the rotating shaft 1a to form the rotating body support plane 10c. |
