PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a motor by winding a coil outside at 180 deg., then bending, and winding the coil inside at 180 deg., thereby increasing the density of wires. CONSTITUTION:A wire 1 is wound on a thin cylindrical insulator 5 made of plastic, and a coreless armature 4 is formed. In this case, the wire 1 is wound at a coil outside 6 at 180 deg., then wound at a coil inside 7 at 180 deg., and the armature 4 is manufacured by sequentially repeating the above operation. In this manufacture, the wire 1 is first passed through the insulator 5, a core 9 is inserted into the insulator 5 and wound along the insulator 5. At this time it is wound at a point (b) separate at 180 deg. from a point (a). Then, it is wound from the point (b) to the point (c) on the outer periphery of the insulator 5. The operation is repeated to complete a coreless armature 4. |
