<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of second inputting and to improve convertibility by instructing the change of punctuation when erroneous conversion occurred due to erroneous decision of punctuation in conversion unit although inputting of Japanese is correct. CONSTITUTION:A cursor is set to a new punctuation mark in an input indication area 22 by operating a cursor shift storing means 36. Then, change of punctuation is designated by operating a punctuation changing means 34. Punctuation change command checks coincidence of data indicated by a cursor address out of data stored in a converted unit storing means 38 by a mark deciding means 50. When they coincide, transfer designated data are reduced or added by a conversion unit transfer designating means 46 according to whether punctuation mark designated by the cursor is front or rear of conversion unit input character string, and sent out to a conversion nit input character string transferring means 48, and further stored in a conversion unit memory means 38, and inputted again to a kanji (Chinese character) converting means 40.</p> |
