<p>A process for preparing a W/O/W complex emulsion using polyglycerin-condensed ricinoleic ester. This process enables to remarkably raise the yield of W/O/W complex emulsion. The resulting complex emulsion is stable for a long time, and has excellent heat stability, thus being extremely useful in the field of medicines and cosmetics.</p> |
