Universal offset screwdriver driven by an electronic portable drilling machine

The universal offset screwdriver is put onto an electronic portable drilling machine and fastened with a clamping screw. Overloading of the portable drilling machine of the offset screwdriver and overturning of the screws to be turned are prevented by the built-in slip clutch. A low speed of 0-350 rev/min and a high torque are achieved with the worm gearing. The worm wheel is provided with two different sizes of hexagon socket 17 A/F and 19 A/F; this enables screws with long threads to be tightened and slackened in the most restricted space. A socket spanner set can be assembled with various adaptors; several ranges of application are consequently offered. Clockwise and anti-clockwise turning are possible by reversing the portable drilling machine or by turning around the offset screwdriver.
