PURPOSE:To eliminate the proximity of adjacent recording ink drops to each other by a method wherein the recording of one line is divided by two times, the dots of column being recorded at an interval of one dot by the first recording and the remainder dots are controlled to be recorded by the second recording. CONSTITUTION:The recording head is so mechanized that the printed letters of one line are recorded by dividing them into two. When the feed of recording head is forwarded for the pattern of 12 dots in columu, the odd dots Y1, Y3... Y11, are recorded in arrow marked direction in the order of X1, X2... columus. When the feed of recording head is on return, the even dots Y2, Y4...Y12 are recorded in the arrow marked direction in the order of ...X2, X1 and the arrangement of dots are completed. Because the recording control means is provided as abovementioned, the difference between the charge amounts given to the preceeding recording ink drops and the succeeding recording ink drops can be enlarged and the difference of deflecting amounts becomes large, too. Therefore air resistance or the like to respective recording ink drops becomes almost uniform. Consequently, the preceding ink drop and the succeeding ink drop become difficult to approach with each other. |
