PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a camera by providing an energizing member which energizes an interlocking member and a sector member toward a neutral position and an initial position and holds them at the initial position and numtral position respectively. CONSTITUTION:The interlocking member 5 is supported under the sector member 1 pivotally and coaxially, and this member 5 has the 1st branch part 5a and the 2nd branch part 5c which extends at right angles thereto. An operating part 5f which faces an abutting position when the interlocking member 5 rotates counterclockwise is formed at the 1st branch part 5a. Further, the interlocking member 5 has a control part 5g which is bent upward and extends into the operation track of a shutter blade and a pin 5e which extends downward is implanted. The pin 5e is positioned overlapping the branch part 1d of the sector member 1, and a neutral pin 8 is implanted on a base plate and on the prolongation of the branch part 1d; and tip parts 7a and 7b of a spring 7 wound around a shaft 2 come into elastic contact with the pin 5e, downward bent part 1c, and neutral pin 8 from both sides to clamp them, thereby holding the sector member 1 and interlocking member 5 at the initial position and neutral position respectively.
