PREPARATION:1mol 1-N-allylcarbamoyl-5-fluorouracil shown by the formula IIis oxodized with preferably 1.1-1.5mol organic peracid such as performic acid, etc. in the presence of a reaction solvent such as usually dichloromethane, etc. at room temperature -50 deg.C for 25-200hr.
