PURPOSE:To improve the operating rate by providing a storage means storing a faulty location of a device to be controlled and storing input/output information representing the operation state of the device to be controlled and a storage means storing in advance a reference value used for discrimination of a fault diagnosis. CONSTITUTION:The fault diagnostic device 10 consists of a work input means 11, a display means 12, a storage means 13, a signal pocessing means 14, a reference storage means 15, a diagnostic procedure storage means 16 and a control means 17. The storage means 13 stores sequentially in time series a fault part of the device 20 to be controlled discriminated by the control means 17 and input/output information representing the operating state of the device 20 before and after the fault takes place. The signal processing means 14 is a signal interface between the device 20 and the fault diagnostic device 10. The reference value storage means 15 stores a reference value such as normal state or fault of the device 20 used for the discrimination of fault diagnosis. The diagnosis procedure means 16 compares the value inputted by the signal processing means 14 with the reference value stored the reference value storage means 15 for diagnosis. |
