PURPOSE:To flow glass, etc., without forming air bubble at normal working temperature by cementing opposite core block bodies together while applying centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:Grooves (d) and (d) for winding, grooves (a) and (a) for controlling track width (t), and cuts (c) and (c) are formed in the core block half bodies A1 and A2 of magnetic metallic materials. Then, abutting surfaces (e) and (e) of both half bodies A1 and A2 are polished into specular surfaces, glass (f) as a nonmagnetic material is adhered to those surfaces, and both half bodies A1 and A2 are inserted into a jig H and adhered together with a cementing glass rod g1 inserted into the grooves (d) and (d) and cuts (c) and (c). At this time, the jig H is rotated around an axis O at a proper speed to apply the centrifugal force to both half bodies A1 and A2, and at the same time the temperature is raised to adhere them. Then, the cemented core block half bodies A1 and A2 are taken out and the top surface is polished K cylindrically; and they are sliced S and provided with winding (b) to obtain a magnetic head A. |
