PURPOSE:To improve the partitioning feature in a car and reduce the damage of a short back by providing a seat consisting of a seat back member and a seat cushion member in front of a horizontal board. CONSTITUTION:A tonnear board 23 is provided between side finishers 17 of a luggage room 15 of a car body 11. The tonnear board 23 consists of a front board 25 and a rear board 27. The front board 25 constitutes a rear seat, and is divided into two: the first board 31 as seat cushion member and the second board 33 as seat back member, the rear edge of the first board 31 and the front edge of the second board 33 are rotatably connected with hinges 35, and the lock mechanism of the second board is coupled with the lock holes 47a, etc. of the side finishers 17 depending on the usage state.
