PURPOSE:To fold the camera extremely compactly with superior operability by storing a finder in a storage chamber adjoining to a photographic lens when a finder device at a photographic position is folded. CONSTITUTION:A link member 7 is supported pivotally on the hinge pin 28 at the upper part of the rear surface opening of the camera body 5 and an upper back cover 8a is coupled with the hinge pin 30 of the member 7. Further, the pin 40 of the link member 7 is fitted in the long-sized hole 9a of the finder 9, and pins 41 and 42 of an upper back cover 8a are fitted in long-sized holes 9b and 9c; and the periphery of the finder 9 is covered with a bellows in a light- tight state. When the finder device is folded by pressing the projection part 8c of the upper back cover 8a, the finder 9 is stored in the storage chamber 4 above the lens 5 through the link member 7. Consequently, the finder 9 is at the rear part of the camera body, easy to see and superior in operativity, and folded into extremely compact structure.
