发明名称 INK JET DIRECTION REGULATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment and setting of an ink jetting axis with accuracy by a method wherein the locus detecting means detecting the locus of ink particle from the detection signal of ink particle detection means is provided and its results are displayed. CONSTITUTION:An ink particle detection unit 7 is connected to the conductive element part of a gutter 5 via a shielding wire 6. The unit 7 is composed of an amplifier circuit 7a, an integrating circuit 7b, a comparator 7c and an information circuit 7d. When the output of comparator 7c is H(collision), the transistor of information circuit 7d is conducted and light is emitted by energizing a light emitting diode. When an ink jetting axis is regulated by an operator, a switch 13 is closed. With the turning ON and OFF of the LED as reference, when the light is ON initially, an adjusting screw 18 is gently fastened until the light is put out. When the light is OFF, the specific angle adjusting screw 18 is loosened. Thereby, the adjustment is completed and the switch 13 is opened.
