<p>This machine combines a known guide (18-19-20) for guiding the tip (1) of the hooks, a corridor (25) for introducing the bait fish which is perpendicular to the trajectory (23) of the tip of the hook, a retractable wall (29) extending the wall (26) of the corridor on the side downstream of the trajectory of the hook, and a second wall (30) perpendicular to the first wall, this second wall being extended by an arm (31) onto which the hook can fasten in order to pivot the retractable wall about a pivot pin (33) situated towards the corridor and downstream with respect to the trajectory of the hook, and an oblique ramp (28) pushing back the head of the bait introduced in the longitudinal direction (F) of the corridor towards the second wall (30) from the retractable wall.
