PURPOSE:To obtain a product of high quality, by minimizing the temperature unevenness caused in an extrudate in molding a food dough through die openings in annular hollow channels where a temperature control medium flows around the outer periphery of the respective die openings. CONSTITUTION:Annular hollow channels 6 around the outer periphery of die openings 4 are provided through thin-wall peripheral walls 5 in a peripheral wall body of the die openings 4 for extrusion molding a food dough prepared by kneading grain flour, starch, etc. with water, and a medium for controlling temperature of the thin-wall peripheral walls 5 flows through the hollow channels 6. As a result, the elimination of temperature unevenness of the food dough in the die opening parts or temperature unevenness with time can be suitably realized, and the aimed product of high quality can be obtained. |
