<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a working process by inserting ring-shaped wire rods into grooves for each short ring formed among coils for several channel and mounting the short rings. CONSTITUTION:Ring-shaped wire rods 14 are machined circularly, and have overlapping sections 14a. The wire rods 14 are inserted into an internal core 20 under the state in which the diameters R of rings are increased by applying external force in the X-X direction. The wire rods 14 are transferred to the positions of grooves 12 for short rings, external force is removed, and the wire rods are inserted into the grooves 12. The overlapping section 14a sections in the wire rods 14 are brazed and fixed. Accordingly, a working process is simplified.</p> |
