PURPOSE:To attain the constitution of an oscillation circuit with small size having a highly accurate oscillation output frequency by forming plural components being the components of the oscillation circuit together with an active circuit element as a unit. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 21, 22 are formed respectively to both main surfaces of a square piezoelectric ceramic board 20 in a piezoelectric resonator unit 12 where terminal parts 17a-19a are arranged on one side along a molded supporting wall 11 and the electrodes 21, 22 are opposed at the center of the board 20 and the thickness-shear oscillation of energy confinement is attained at the center of the board 20. Electrodes 24, 25 are formed on one main surface of a dielectric board 23 of the same outer size as that of the board 20 in a capacitor unit 13 arranged to the other side of the wall 11, and an electrode 26 opposite partially to the electrodes 24, 25 is formed to the other main surface. A capacitor C1 is constituted by the opposed part of the electrodes 24, 26 and a capacitor C2 is constituted at the opposed part of the electrodes 25, 26 respectively. |
