PURPOSE:To eliminate lost time on the exchange of a wafer ring by automatically supplying and automatically housing the wafer ring. CONSTITUTION:A feed-unit 2 for a lead frame is mounted between a frame supply magazine 1 and a frame housing magazine 3. A pellet sucking arm 6 is fitted between the unit 2 and a pickup stage 5. Ring cassettes 9, 8 for supplying and housing wafer rings 11 are set up on the carry-in-out side of the stage 5. An arm 7b in an arm mechanism for carrying sets the wafer ring 11 on the cassette 9 side to the stage 5. The wafer ring 11 on the stage 5 is housed in the cassette 8 by an arm 7a. |
